Are you a member of Moms4Liberty or Young Americans for Liberty? If you answered no, maybe you should be. Your membership could make a big difference in protecting children and young adults students from harmful gender ideology, as well as keep biological males out of private female spaces.
Thanks to recent court ruling, a K-12 school, college or university will be exempt from Biden's Title IX changes if a student or parent of that school is a member of Moms4Liberty or Young Americans for Liberty. The deadline to apply for membership with Moms4Liberty and Young Americans for Liberty is JULY 15TH!
The Title IX changes include:
- Define sex discrimination to include discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity, sex characteristics.
- Schools must allow individuals to participate in classes and activities, use bathrooms and locker rooms, and dress and groom themselves consistent with their gender identity.
- Categorical bans on transgender, nonbinary, and intersex students in school sports would be prohibited. (Arizona has the Protect Women's Sports Act. This change would seek to override state law.)
If a school doesn't comply with these changes, federal funding will be withheld.
The ruling is from a lawsuit filed against the US Department of Education, arguing that the Biden Administration's Title IX rewrite exceeds the Department of Educations' statutory authority and violates the Administrative Procedures Act.
We hope you will take a few moments to act now and protect Arizona children and students from this dangerous agenda. Submit your membership application this week!
